ORDERING INFORMATION

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Outside the U.S.)
Shipping to Canada is $9.50 through Priority Mail. All other countries, please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times.

How to Place an Order

M.R.Bucks' offers two convenient ways to place an order:

ONLINE: Place your order online by adding items to your cart from the Buy Online page. When you're ready to checkout, click on the View Cart button. A new browser window will open to display the contents of your shopping cart. Click on Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions provided by PayPal to complete your order and make your payment.

BY EMAIL: We're happy to take your order by email. Just follow the instructions on our online order form. After placing your order, send your check or money order to: M.R.Bucks’, N2583 Coachlite Ct., Wautoma, WI 54982

If paying by check, please allow additional time to process your order. All items will be shipped after your check clears the bank.

Coupon, Discount and Promotional Codes

One coupon, discount, or promotional code per order.

To use a Discount Code, go to Buy Online and enter it in the Discount Code box BEFORE adding items to your shopping cart. If you forget to enter your code first, just clear your shopping cart contents, enter the code, and then add your items to your cart. The discount will then be shown in your shopping cart or online order form.

Billing

Your credit card is billed when you complete your online purchase through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to make your payment with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

M.R.Bucks' does not collect or store your credit card information. All online credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. For more information on credit card usage and safety please visit http://www.paypal.com.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin Residents Only: A state sales tax of 5.5% is applied to your order and will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to purchase.

Delivery

Most items are processed in 1-3 business days for orders placed before 2PM CST. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are normally processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping.

Your order may be delayed if you provide different shipping and billing addresses and your order can't be verified by phone. If paying by check, please allow additional time to process your order. All items will be shipped after your check clears the bank.

Shipping Methods and Rates

All products are shipped via standard U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx shipping.

If paying with PayPal, your order will be shipped to the address you provide in the PayPal checkout. If you would like to ship to a gift address, PayPal allows you to specify an alternate shipping address during checkout.

Canadian Orders
Shipping to Canada is $9.50 through Priority Mail.

United States Orders

Returns and Exchanges

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at M.R.Bucks' meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. (Shipping and Handling is non-refundable)

Please follow these steps so that we can refund your credit card or send a replacement item.

1. Include original or copy of shipping invoice with reason for return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include a note with your name, address, phone number, and date of purchase.
2. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.

M.R.Bucks' is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our customers' confidential information. What information may be collected?
M.R.Bucks' collects, retains, and uses only the information about our customers that is required to do business and to provide a high-level of service to our customers. M.R.Bucks' does not automatically gather any personal information from you. Unless you choose to provide information to us, we will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site.

No information is gathered about our users while they are visiting our site other than standard statistical information such as IP address, domain name, browser type and pages viewed.  These statistics are used internally to better provide services and will not be shared with third parties. The statistics collected from the web site do not contain personal information.

Do we share any of the information collected?
We will not sell, rent, or trade your information with any other company, organization or individual, nor will this information be used for advertising purposes, unless consent is explicitly expressed by the user or customer. 

Occasionally a customer will request products or services that are beyond the scope of what M.R.Bucks' offers.  In that case some information may be shared with our partners in order to provide the customer with an accurate price quote.  Only information necessary to provide such quotes will be used. 

To be excluded from this type of information sharing, simply indicate your preference in your communications with us.

Your credit card information, home phone number or address, and other sensitive information will never be shared with a third party without your express consent.

Legal Use
Personal information may be collected, used or distributed by the M.R.Bucks' without the consent of the client or visitor only if such information is required to be disclosed by law, regulation or requests of any regulatory authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto, or in accordance with this privacy statement.

Privacy For Those Under 18
It is our company policy to protect the privacy of children and those less than 18 years of age. No part of our website has been designed to market to or to attract the attention of individuals under the age of 18. We will promptly remove such information from our records if we come to the knowledge that a person under the age of 18 has provided personally identifiable information to this website. The phrase "personally identifiable information" means any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

Use of Cookies
M.R.Bucks' does not use cookies for the general website. Any page that requires you to login may use cookies to store general information.

We value your privacy while striving to answer the many questions which our customers may have regarding our products.

Most email sent to us will be considered confidential, however, if the email you send to us must be considered confidential, please specify this. Any email address we receive as a result of email sent to us or forms on our web site will be used only in accordance with this privacy policy. We do not sell or rent the email addresses we have to anyone, for any purpose, and will not release an email address to anyone outside our company except law enforcement in the case of a court order. If we wish to include your email address on a web page, we will always contact you first for permission to do so.
